Enjoy a FREE Consultation with our Head Coach to see if MFF is right for you! You can discuss your training goals and past experience (if applicable). We will discuss the group classes and give you an idea of what the training is like and how our classes are run. Simply fill out the form below for your free consult and we can arrange a time that suits you.
STEP 2
Like what you see and ready to get started? During our Fundamentals sessions, a dedicatedΒ coach will help you develop the foundational movementΒ patternsΒ and technique, giving you everything you need to getΒ started in classes. These sessions can be arranged around your schedule.
STEP 3
Hungry for more? IfΒ you have completed the Fundamentals sessions or if you’re an experienced CrossFit participant then you are ready to join regular classes. Visit our pricing page for great membership options and call us to get started.
