Enjoy a FREE Consultation with our Head Coach to see if MFF is right for you! You can discuss your training goals and past experience (if applicable). We will discuss the group classes and give you an idea of what the training is like and how our classes are run. Simply fill out the form below for your free consult and we can arrange a time that suits you.

STEP 2

Like what you see and ready to get started? During our Fundamentals sessions, a dedicated coach will help you develop the foundational movement patterns and technique, giving you everything you need to get started in classes. These sessions can be arranged around your schedule.

STEP 3

Hungry for more? If you have completed the Fundamentals sessions or if you’re an experienced CrossFit participant then you are ready to join regular classes. Visit our pricing page for great membership options and call us to get started.

Taking those initial steps and turning up can be the hardest part to any journey. We understand it can be quite stressful starting something new.

What if it’s really hard? What if I fail? 

These thoughts are probably some of the most common thoughts stopping anyone from starting or trying something new.

We believe these thoughts are an important part of the process. It means you care!!

MFF is a family of people who all had to take that first step.

Our program is designed to be progressive and achievable for every level of fitness. Each week we will build on your base.  It’s cliche but you definitely have to walk before you run. 

If you are looking to join a community of like minded people with no preconceived expectations, look no further.

What’s the best way to lose fat and increase muscle tone? 🤔
Don’t get stuck thinking more and more cardio is going to get you there. 
Getting stronger actually takes a lot of calories and has less set backs. 
If you want faster results focus on lifting through a full range of motion by concentrating on compound movements. 
Don’t overdo it with cardio as this will slow down your progress.
