The MFF Group Training Program is designed to get our members strong and ready to perform for life.
Our PERFORMANCE biased classes run on Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. Our STRENGTH biased classes run on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
We periodise our program to ensure we are building resilient body’s and to reduce the chance of injury. A period consists of 8 weeks in which we alternate between hypertrophy and raw strength periods throughout the year. Within the 8 weeks are two four week blocks. A block will see you increase reps or weight over three weeks before reducing volume in the fourth week to recoverbefore repeating this again.
